SERVPRO of Glenview responded to a customer's call on New Year's Day to begin mitigation on a very extensive water loss.

A water pipe running in the ceiling of the basement of a family's summer home in Southeast Wisconsin had burst. Being a summer home, no one was there when the damage initially occurred. By the time it was discovered, the burst pipe had caused tens of thousands of dollars of water damage and mold damage.

SERVPRO teams removed everything from the basement, right down to the concrete walls. Here is a before and after comparison of one area of the basement.
