A closer look at our Air Movers, before and after cleaning
Part of running a business is continued maintenance of the equipment used, and at SERVPRO of Glenview, we take pride in our equipment.
Air Movers that are used on jobs can become caked with all sorts of small air-borne particles - including drywall dust, sawdust, insulation matter, dirt, mold spores, bacteria, bugs, and more.
This dirt will coat the exterior of the equipment as well as the inside, so when equipment returns to the shop after job completion, they often dismantle the air mover so the entire unit can be wiped down. The housing, the motor unit, the power cord, the fan blades, and the air intake grill - all parts of each air mover are wiped down before we reshelve our equipment.
