We had a couple pipes burst in our family's lakehouse basement in Delavan, WI (it was like a fire hose spraying into the basement, likely for weeks before we discovered it!). Needless to say, the water and mold damage was immense.

We called Jeff, and his team was up there the next day to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive clean-up plan. He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process.

They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour+ away from Glenview -- it was well worth it!

Truly enjoyed working with Mr. Thompson and his crew. They were in and out in a day, helped us pack up our belongs and guided us through the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable. We would use them again.

We had SERVPRO of Glenview clean up our house after a frozen pipe issue.  They did a great job and in a very quick and professional manner.  The crew was very courteous and kept us informed throughout the entire process.  I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO of Glenview to anyone.

Our dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen. The entire floor needed to be ripped up and replaced, as well as the cabinets. With a busy family, we use our kitchen daily and needed the damage cleaned up fast. SERVPRO of Glenview came out quickly with a professional crew and did what needed to be done. I won't call anyone else but Jeff and his team at SERVPRO!

We were thoroughly impressed by SERVPRO of Glenview. They responded quickly and the work crew was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would; if there was a change in schedule, we received a call from the crew to let us know. They were careful not to make a mess when hauling out debris. Very smooth overall; SERVPRO team was promptly available to assess the needed work, and deliver a team to complete the work same day. They worked well to complete the work, and cooperate with plumber who was also on site to repair the broken valve.

They were able to come out immediately when no other company would. They were very attentive, responsive, and didn’t leave until the job was completely done. Their follow-up was great, too. They made the entire experience a lot easier and did a great job overall.

Although we know that our water damage is small compared to many situations that you encounter, it was still life-interrupting. We truly appreciate your response and compassion. We will be recommending you to our friends and neighbors should they find themselves in an unfortunate situation.
